Adding and Removing Sidekick Users


This guide shows you exactly how to manage Sidekick access for your users. Whether you need to grant new access or completely remove it, the platform gives you the flexibility to easily control who has the Sidekick role.


Setting Up Users

In order to make changes to your Users you must first navigate to the Admin panel at intel.predictionhealth.com . You can find the link to this at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar. Click “Admin”:

From the next window, click on your organization’s name.

From here you will have access to all the tools in the Organization panel.


Creating a User

Select “Users” from the Organization panel.

Adding a User

To create a single user, click on “Create”:

Select the Sidekick role by clicking the "Roles" dropdown menu and choosing "sidekick_audio".

Enter the provider's email address within the "email address" field:

We recommend leaving the default password option in place, which is to "Send Onboarding Email" for the new user.

Once you've selected the password option, click "Create". The provider will receive an onboarding email with further instructions on how to begin using Sidekick.


How to Remove Sidekick Access


You have two main ways to remove Sidekick access from a user: by removing the Sidekick role or by disabling the user's account.


Removing the Sidekick Role

If the user has other roles besides Sidekick (such as an Org Admin or Individual Provider), we recommend removing only the Sidekick role.

  1. Go to your organization's User list.
  2. Click the three dots (...) to the right of the user you want to edit.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Scroll down to the Roles dropdown menu.
  5. Deselect the Sidekick role from the list.
  6. Click Update.

Disabling the User

If the user only has the Sidekick role on their account, you should disable the entire user account instead.

  1. Go to your organization's User list.
  2. Find the user you want to disable.
  3. Click the three dots (...) to the right of the user's email address.
  4. Select Disable.
