Prompt Health FAQ

Last updated: October 2025
We’ve unified all of our acquired products—PT Wired, OnusOne, and PredictionHealth—under the Prompt name. This change helps your team get the most out of our ecosystem, with smarter operations, stronger teams, and better outcomes for your patients and your practice. As we continue building tighter connections across our products, you’ll see even greater value from the way they work together.
Why did the brands change?
Over the past few years, Prompt has grown by partnering with innovative companies that share our mission of helping rehab therapy practices thrive.
To make things simpler and more consistent for you, we’ve unified all solutions under the Prompt brand name.
This allows us to:
- Deliver a seamless, all-in-one experience across our platforms
- Tighten the alignment and synergies between all our products and services
- Simplify communications and support
- Strengthen our commitment to helping your practice grow under one unified vision
What are the new product names?

When is this happening?
Updates to product names will begin rolling out on October 24, 2025.
During the following week, you’ll start seeing:
- Updated product logos and colors
- New website and email domains (@prompthealth.com)
- Refreshed in-app experiences and notifications
You don’t need to take any action—everything will transition automatically.
What websites should I use now?
All website content and login quicklinks are moving to prompthealth.com.
We’ve redirected key pages from ptwired.com, onus-one.com, and predictionhealth.com, so anyone visiting those sites will automatically land on the right page within the new Prompt Health site.
Note: The actual product login URLs themselves are not changing — you can continue using your existing bookmarks or saved links to access your products.
Have support emails changed?
Yes! Please use the following email addresses going forward:
Prompt EMR → support@prompthealth.com
Prompt Engage → support.engage@prompthealth.com
Prompt Compensation → support.compensation@prompthealth.com
Prompt Sidekick → support.sidekick@prompthealth.com
Prompt Insight → support.insight@prompthealth.com
If you email an old support address, your message will still reach us—but we recommend updating your contact info.
Will my login or data change?
No. Your login credentials and account data remain the same.
You’ll continue using the same login pages you always have.
Note: The Prompt University training site is now university.prompthealth.com.
What’s new for existing customers?
Updated logos and branding inside each product
Consistent user experience across the entire Prompt platform
Streamlined communication and billing through Prompt Health
- Improved access to shared support and training resources
What’s staying the same?
Your existing data, contracts, and pricing
Your current workflows and integrations
Your same Customer Success and Support teams
- All logins and system functionality
Will this affect my billing or contracts?
Yes, but not until 1/26/2026. Today there are no changes to your pricing, contracts, or terms of service as part of this rebrand. Everything remains valid and in effect under Prompt Health.
Beginning with the January 1, 2026 invoicing cycle, Prompt will become the single biller for all SaaS products, reducing invoices down to just two or three total. This transition will happen alongside our migration to NetSuite, so you’ll only need to update your billing information once.
The finance team will be sending out detailed information, FAQs, and a direct line to support this transition — so keep an eye out for that email.
Here’s how this change will look:
- Prompt will issue one consolidated invoice for all SaaS products, including:
- Prompt Engage (formerly PTWired)
- Prompt Compensation (formerly Onus One)
- Prompt Sidekick (formerly Prediction Health Sidekick) and Prompt Insight (formerly Prediction Health Practice Intel) will remain on a separate invoice for now, due to existing billing cycle timing, but invoices will still come directly from Prompt.
- Clearinghouse Services will remain on their own invoice, as they are on a different billing cycle as opposed to your SaaS services.
- RCM services will remain separate, except for PromptOne customers, who will continue to receive a single unified invoice.
This change is part of our commitment to simplifying your experience and reflecting one unified Prompt brand across all products and services.
