InsightGO: Required Template Fields to use Sidekick's Auto-Insert Feature

Below is a chart of the fields that Auto-Note will populate to within your note templates. We recommend ensuring that your template includes all fields below in order to successfully use the Auto-Insert function within Sidekick. If you are not seeing the option to Auto-Insert your Assessment suggestions, please make sure you have added the sections below.

Here are the steps to add the fields above to your note templates
You can add additional sections to your note by clicking the + at the top of the note, as shown below:

- Then select the section you’d like to add, and click “Apply”. You should then see the option to Auto-Insert your Assessment into this section.

Fields to Include within your Evaluation, Progress Note, and Daily Notes Templates:
Subjective: Auto-inserts into “Summary” under Subjective:
Objective: Auto-inserts into “Summary” under Objective:
Assessment: Auto-inserts into “Summary” under Assessment:
Plan: Auto-inserts into “Summary” under Plan:
Goals: Auto-inserts into “Summary” under Goals:
- Another option is to copy/paste the goals into “Primary Functional Limitation” area within the Subjective section, and then right click “Primary Functional Limitation” to create a goal from this data.
- Progress Note Goals: Currently, you will need to manually update goals within a Progress note.
- Discharge Note: If you wish to use audio features in the discharge note, we recommend using ‘Direct Dictation’ (control + shift + Y). You can find more information about the available audio modes here.
